A significant development to Oliver Jull's case!
New Plymouth Boys’ High School apologised to Oliver Jull for excluding him from a speech competition over his speech’s content and will host the Free Speech Union for staff training on free speech in education.
The school then reneged on their apology. We believe this is a breach of the agreement. The school's response and attitude set an egregious example to its students and other schools. But we continue to hold New Plymouth Boys’ High School to account and support Oliver.
